Freudian Slip?

I think you made a wonderful Freudian Slip when you said enjoy the "spotsmanship." That's all it really is-a few nice "spots" while terrorists plunder Tibet, while a man whose job it was to ruin a culture (and a people) acts as head of the IOC , while bigotry tarnishes every event. Check the racist photo the Spanish swim team took for this Olympics.
I love sports and athletics but I can no longer see it without knowing the rottenness behind these nice "spots."

I have been watching this amazing swimming action. I love track and field and boxing best though! But I will watch nearly any event EXCEPT gymnastics! Smile

He actually did an interview yesterday with ESPN and he said he would be back for 2012, but he wouldn't swim in all 8 events again. We'll see if he doesn't change his mind about that. He'd only be 27.
